

Dr. Bob Abramson’s ministry includes mentoring and individual coaching to senior pastors, leaders and those in the marketplace. He has extensive experience as a cross-cultural mentor and educator of those in the five-fold ministry. He and his wife Nancy are active in leadership training, Bible school teaching and preaching around the world.
Over the years, he and Nancy have pastored multicultural, international churches in New York City and in the South Pacific. He previously established or taught in Bible schools and ministry training centers in New Zealand, Fiji, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Europe and the United States.
Dr. Abramson retired on September 1st, 2024 from his office of President of New Covenant International University and Seminary (NCIU). Upon his retirement, The Board of Directors of the university asked him to remain as an advisor to the Board with the title of Honorary President.
Dr. Abramson earned a Ph.D. in Christian Pastoral Counseling from NCIU, a Doctor of Ministry from Erskine Theological Seminary; a Master of Art in Religion from Liberty University, with additional post-graduate studies; and a Bachelor of Arts in the Bible with a minor in Systematic Theology from Southeastern University. He and his wife Nancy live in Lake Worth, Florida. They have five grown children and eight grandchildren.
